Warehouse Supervisor
Braya Renewable Fuels is looking for an energetic and self-motivated team member to join the Maintenance team at the Refinery in Come By Chance.
The Warehouse supervisor will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of the Materials Management program by providing oversight for all warehouse activities, including warehouse stock management for best pricing, reduced wastage and maintaining sufficient inventory to meet operating requirements. The supervisor will be the subject matter expert to resolve escalated issues and will continue to look for and implement improvements in processes, while prioritizing work commitments and planning accordingly. Effectively working with others in the organization is essential to determine information requirements that are needed to make sound business decisions.
Required Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office, in particular excel
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management and/or Warehouse Management or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• 3 to 5 years of comparable management and supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work experience in a unionized environment an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with using Maximo an asset

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Proactively manage material stocks to reduce wastage while ensuring adequate inventory stock for daily operations.
• Generate reports as needed for review and analysis, and as requested by others in the organization
• Implement process improvements where needed
• Primarily responsible for ensuring adequate inventory is on hand for daily operational needs while keeping wastage at a minimum
• Organizes, leads and participates in material cycle counts ensuring accurate on hand quantities
• Supervision of unionized employees
• Provide coaching to the warehouse personnel.
• Lead the development and use of key performance indicators as needed.
