Responsibilities:

• Participate in professional organizations to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Establish and enforce safety and procedural standards to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Analyze process workflows, staffing, space needs, and equipment layout to enhance operations.
• Contribute to the accomplishment of warehouse operations and organizational goals.
• Stay updated through educational opportunities, professional reading, and networking.
• Schedule expenditures and analyze budget variances, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Implement standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Prepare and execute action plans to achieve operational objectives.
• Determine product handling and storage needs; establish, enforce, and assess policies and procedures.
• Resolve operational problems and conduct audits while identifying trends.
• Contribute warehouse operations insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Forecast warehouse operations financial requirements and create an annual budget.
• Plan warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems; recommend new equipment.
• Develop processes for product receiving, equipment use, inventory management, and shipping.
• Ensure property security through access policies, procedures, and coordination with security.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of warehouse software and MS Office proficiency
• At least 10 years in manufacturing management experience. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
