Responsibilities
You'll be overseeing:
A small but mighty team of 8+ of warehouse associates
daily huddles and providing direction with priorities
inventory & cycle counts
dispatching & deliveries
mentoring, hiring and training
customer service and sales
freight and logistics
Qualifications
What skills do you need?
Lead by example, all hands on deck mentality
Great people leadership skills
Previous Warehouse management experience of +3 years
Ability to prioritize and create to do lists
People skills - how to get the most out of your people
Able to hold people accountable
