THE ORGANIZATION

Connective is a community-based social services nonprofit operating in BC and the Yukon. We provide programs

and support including transitional and supportive housing, homelessness prevention, alternative justice interventions,

reintegration services, employment support, life skills and community outreach to all who need it. The Connective

approach is person-centered, holistic and inclusive. We are here for everyone—at every stage, in any circumstance,

including those experiencing poverty, homelessness, mental health challenges, problematic substance use, those with developmental disabilities, those impacted by the criminal justice system, and those experiencing other complex barriers. Connective provides a continuum of support for those who are navigating deeply flawed systems while working to change those systems for good.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Vice President of Service Delivery will ensure that Connective delivers programs and services that meet or exceed people’s needs by developing structures and supports for the long-term capability of programs across the organization. This position will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to existing programs and identifying new opportunities to achieve Connective’s strategic goals.

The role provides operational and team leadership to Connective’s operations that serve BC and YT across multiple service lines.Operating in a growing, highly collaborative environment, this is an outstanding opportunity for a progressive community services / clinical leader to take a thriving operation to the next level by expanding services and supports to the people Connective supports and building staff capacity.
