We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vice President of Sales to join our executive team at Cellbie Inc. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performance sales teams, and developing strategic partnerships. The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping Cellbie's sales strategy, fostering a culture of success, and expanding our market presence with Carriers, Enterprise and ITAD/TEM's in Canada and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Revenue Generation: Assume ownership of revenue targets and take necessary measures to achieve and exceed them. Develop and implement effective sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and market penetration.
- Sales Operations: Oversee and optimize the sales process from prospecting to deal closure. Implement best practices, sales methodologies, and tools to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers. Understand their needs and pain points to address them effectively and strengthen Cellbie's position in the market.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market segments, geographies, and customer segments to diversify revenue streams and accelerate company growth.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building, motivating, and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in B2B sales in the mobile device secondary market and dealing with carriers and enterprise-level customers is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets and drive sales growth.

- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in successful sales leadership positions, preferably in the technology or mobile device industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
