As ourVice President, you will lead DROP Sprockets to deliver our mission to become the best Sprocket supplier globally. This executive role will be responsible for leading and creating our future expanded supply chain, as well as delivering results at our existing and expanding operating facilities (sales, engineering, manufacturing, and fulfillment).

We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurialVice Presidentto come in and have a massive impact in this high growth organization by taking a hands-on approach to team development and operational execution. This is an opportunity to take everything you’ve learned in your senior leadership roles to date and apply it in a senior leadership role in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

We are looking for an outstanding Vice President who wants to create a legacy.

  • Ability to inspire, motivate and level with the entire organization from Executives to Co-Op students
  • An agile, pragmatic, hands on leader with a passion for leading the organization to deliver and exceed supply chain targets
  • Ability to manage daily operations of a multi-million-dollar company, whilst simultaneously leading planning and execution of future innovation and high capex projects at pace with the industry
  • A leader who wants to deliver a broad business impact, through their participation and contribution to the executive leadership team, to propel the entire organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the President and other executives to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, including growth initiatives, market expansion, and new product development
  • Identify and manage risks to the business, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies, operational policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient business operations
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain the company's reputation and integrity
  • Lead and develop a high-performing executive team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to support business development and growth

Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proven experience and a reputation for mentoring and developing employees
  • Six Sigma certified or strong understanding and successful application of LEAN manufacturing best practices an advantage
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability
  • Proven analytical, strategic, creative thinking and planning skills with ability to focus on clear outcomes
