Title And Summary

Vice President, Product Management

Reporting to the SVP, Identity Products, the VP of Product Management will manage both short- and long- term strategic initiatives for developing and commercializing existing Ekata and NuData products, including hybrid products combining the existing capabilities with other technologies across broader Mastercard product landscape. As a key member of the Identity team, they will lead a consolidated approach to managing product evolution, establishing go-to-market strategy, optimizing products and resources, implementing incremental improvements within the product life cycles, conducting ongoing care and maintenance, and managing product P&L’s.

Role

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize business cases for new business and product opportunities, and build business models to improve Mastercard's footprint and competitiveness
• Lead development of product pricing strategies
• Advise, influence and support communication and marketing efforts, and oversee the development of training and other product support materials
• Head 'Life Cycle management' of critical product opportunities including conceptualization, enhancement, launch and continued evaluation
• Responsible, in conjunction with business owners, for overall product financial performance including P&L
• Lead a suite of products and leverage cross-functional teams to drive product strategy
• Lead broad go-to-market initiatives including establishment of go to market approaches and key performance indicators for products, setting objectives in partnership with Mastercard regions, and driving commercial plans to ensure success
• Coordinate the development of differentiated products to meet the current and emerging needs of MasterCard customers and the market
• Acts as an expert, advocate and champion for designated products to internal and external stakeholders

All About You

• Have created and delivered presentations to internal or external stakeholders
• Experience and expertise in the Identity industry
• Experience translating and applying customer feedback to lead product offering adjustment strategies
• Experience initiating and managing investigations of product/business risks and concerns
• Experience setting direction for go-to-market plans and leveraging market insights to differentiate from competitors
• Experience working and building impactful relationships with cross functional stakeholders
• Extensive experience with product management methodologies, knowledge of the Mastercard Studio process is preferred
