10+ years supply chain planning experience in a retail environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels and positions within the organization and build collaboration.

Experience with inventory planning software implementation and optimization.

Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data, form conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations in a timely manner.

Certifications such as SCMA, CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma a plus

Proven ability to lead change, implement processes for inventory planning and replenishment.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, including strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in managing multiple simultaneous projects, showcasing exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Build and manage strong client relationships.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on M&A experience, including at least 2 years of leading and executing transactions.

Prior M&A experience involving private companies is highly desirable.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights from complex qualitative and quantitative data.

Well-developed people and change management skills; capacity to effectively handle multiple change agendas

10+ years’ experience in the food distribution industry and deep functional expertise

Evidence of an ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams

Strong networking skills combined with the ability to influence and get things done through informal as well as formal channels

Proven experience managing a P & L or budget and delivering plan results

Outstanding analytical and presentation skills

Prepare persuasive presentations and written thought leadership that showcase Hillsdale’s investment capabilities.

A minimum of ten years’ experience in business development and client servicing in the institutional investment industry.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Math with a CFA Charter. An advanced degree is a plus.
