Opportunity
We see opportunities for thoughtful growth in our cities and our team is working on several exciting developments, from large master planned communities to boutique infill projects. In preparation for this exciting new phase, we are seeking an experienced and collaborative Vice President, Sales. Based out of our head office in downtown Vancouver, this will be a key member of the senior management team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving the sales strategy and all sales activities across our residential real estate Sales Program. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for maximizing revenue for all project sales, overseeing the sales process, and collaborating with other functional teams to contribute to the overall success of upcoming development projects.
What You Bring
We are looking for a candidate with at least 15 years of relevant industry experience who can demonstrate a track record of success in launching and executing the presale phase of large-scale mixed-use development projects. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strategic mindset and analytical abilities, as well as your proficiency in developing effective sales strategies based on complex data, trends and market insights. In addition to strong business acumen, the idea candidate will have expert knowledge of local real estate market, trends, customer preferences and familiarity with the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (REDMA). Your ability to navigate these dynamics will be crucial to the success in this role.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills as it will be expected to build rapport with stakeholders and leverage your extensive social networks to drive results.
