Director Of Construction Jobs

The Director of Construction is responsible for the overall management of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. The Director will be responsible for working with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Director will also be responsible for ensuring that the project meets all safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of success in managing complex projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and design of construction projects
• Communicate with the client and other stakeholders throughout the construction process
• Manage the construction budget and schedule
• Resolve any construction issues that arise

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
