What is the opportunity?

• In this role, you will support mission critical enterprise-wide services which will require being available on call.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about information security and securing and protecting privileged accounts, credentials, and non-human access across tools, applications, and systems.
• Operating as a subject matter expert (SME), you will function independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision.
• As IAM Application Supportyou will play a key role in supporting, managing and administering enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) applications.

What will you do?

• Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development with other teams, mentoring, and job shadowing
• Maintain and support test and production environments
• Support escalation process for feed file failures
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and identify defects, opportunities for automation and enhancements
• Resolve ongoing medium to high complexity requests and incidents for IAM Applications including Access Manager (SailPoint Identity IQ)
• Take on initiatives on self-appointed projects and self-created processes to better enhance the technology
• Deploy application changes for server, configuration, and enhancements following internal hand-off from the Engineering team
• Support feed files on critical applications on SailPoint IIQ for accuracy of attestation

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

• Knowledge of LDAP, RACF, SSH, and RDP authentication protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams toward resolution
• Minimum of 3-5 years of security and Identity Access Management experience with strong knowledge in security concepts and security product support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on working within a geographically distributed team
• Knowledge of Cloud network using Azure AD connectivity between on-premise and cloud
• Experience with RedHat Linux, Java, SQL, XML, and Tomcat
• Strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results
• Minimum of 5 years of Windows Server and Linux system experience
• Experience in installing, upgrading, and patching vendor products

Nice-to-have:

• Exposure to SailPoint Identity IQ platforms and tools
• Knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)
• Experience with IT Service Management
• Knowledge of risk and compliance processes and procedures
• Experience in servers and applications monitoring
• Experience with source code management and orchestration tools: UCD (UrbanCode Deploy), Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus
• Professional certifications, e.g., CISSP, GSEC, GCIH
