Technical functional role:

o Documentation of system integration via data feeds / interfaces and APIs (real-time) via various methods including system to system interface requirements documents o Practical experience in having converted several legacy compensation systems to Varicent ICM

BSA Functional

o Experienced at requirements gathering and analysis o Able to identify current system dependencies and documenting them o Strong consultation skills o Must be able to lead discovery sessions o Well versed in Waterfall methodology in the capacity of a BSA

General Business Systems Analyst skills and responsibilities:

o Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Conduct analysis of client processes and functional or reporting requirements to prepare documentation and communicate the information. As a subject matter expert, provide advice and direction to internal and external customers to ensure that the business requirements are appropriately defined.

o Coordination & Collaboration - Coordinate and lead cross-functional tasks or work packages to identify and document functional or reporting requirements, workflow, information sources and system specifications. Partner with project manager, technical resources, vendors, and management to ensure accurate execution of projects.

o Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.

HR Specific

o Working knowledge of core HR business processes and workflows related variable compensation

Must Have Requirement:

- Minimum of 3 years working experience with Varicent ICM application (Can include implementation and adjustment experience)

- 3-5 years Variable compensation business experience

- Business Analysis and/or Business Systems Analysis: 5-8 years

Nice to Have:

- SQL experience would be an asset.

- Experience working in AGILE environment (Waterfall)

- Strong grasp of the HR Variable compensation space.
