Position: Technical Business Analyst-(Airline Domain)

Location: Remote Canada

-Will be involved in migrating existing crew customers from one AWS environment to another by managing customer communication, supporting customer validation, and troubleshooting incidents reported during migration.

-Will be involved in Crew manager software version upgrades liaising internally and with customer

-Will develop a thorough understanding of the application s user interface, both from functional business and technical process standpoint, to support customer queries

-Will play a role of Subject Matter Expert (TSME) and assist team in deployment procedures

-Works collaboratively in a team environment with project managers, account managers, implementation, and development resources to meet customer expectations

-Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers,

DevOps, DBAs with external and internal customers

-Demonstrates effective teamwork skills.

-Operates under general direction with minimal oversight

-Ensures that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used.

-Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

-Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

-3+ years related experience as a business analyst with working experience in CREW or Airline Operations Management or similar experience (preferred)

-Bachelor& degree or equivalent technical experience strongly desired.

-Proven Analytical skills.

-Good understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of SQL & basic understanding of Linux and Windows platform

-Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Java applications

-Basic knowledge of Unix commands

-Must be organized and be able to multi-task and work in all areas as needed

-Prior experience/knowledge on Cloud platform is an advantage

-Proficient English written and oral communication skills.

-Identify problems and be able to determine when appropriate escalation is required

-Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)

-Ability to identify problems, root causes and apply solutions proactively

Preferred Technical Skills

-DBMS: Oracle, SQL

-Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux and Windows

-Microsoft Tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Developer
