Job Description
The Senior Technical Account Manager will play a key role at Stacktics Inc., where we design, create, deploy, maintain and grow industry-leading Cloud Infrastructure, Big Data Analytics and Cloud For Marketing products, solutions and services.
The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day client relations and liaison with internal teams on all Stacktics Inc. programs. The incumbent will be a key member of a central team responsible for collaborating with clients to develop their digital systems through the practical utilization of data and strategy, supporting the Head of Client Services & Operations in guiding clients’ development of their digital systems.
The Senior Technical Account Manager will lead collaboration with Stacktics' Data Systems and Digital Ecosystems teams, to plan, deliver and grow our client project portfolio. The individual will use their expertise and best practices to support the team in providing efficiencies, and superior quality to every deliverable. The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive internal and external relationships, further building on our strong corporate reputation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and quality management – oversight of all proposals, work and deliverables for client accounts within your portfolio. Lead client engagement, project tracking and issue management and escalation.
  • Administration – ensure the proper administrative controls are in place and adhered to on your accounts, including the management of client contract terms, renewals, sign offs, invoicing and internal administration.
  • People and talent management – provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to the team members assigned to accounts within your assigned client group.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Stacktics Inc.’s clients. Establish and maintain client relationships – drive new connections and deepen relationships within our market, industries and client base.
  • Uphold Stacktics Inc.’s highest standards for project delivery, client satisfaction and reputation
  • Sales pipeline management – generate and lead new sales opportunities for Stacktics through consultative solution selling as well as responding to client RFP responses and service requests.
  • Building our capabilities – pursue and maintain industry and partner certifications, relationships and expertise and increase our market recognition through forums, publications, industry events and client workshops.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 3+ years experience managing teams through project deliverable workflows.
  • Experience managing the financials of a seven figure portfolio of work
  • 4+ years of knowledge and experience in Technical Consulting and Professional Services, including direct responsibility for growing new client revenue streams
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including online data collection, cloud systems and analytics tools (Google stack, DoubleClick stack, AWS, Salesforce, Adobe Cloud,etc.)
  • 2+ years’ experience monitoring quality assurance of projects
  • Experienced and adept at influencing and aligning teams to work toward a common goal
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with client executives and leaders
  • Poise, executive presence and high articulacy. A strong background in crafting and delivering presentations is also required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiations and difficult conversations
  • Adaptable, flexible and focused. You also embody a strong desire to learn and deliver industry leading technology solutions to drive business outcomes
