- Knowledge Expert | Leverage leading research on industry and team member trends to provide expert advice on emerging opportunities and challenges

- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, Hangouts etc.
- You are an energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment and are motivated by a desire to create an exceptional team member experience
- You are an effective collaborator with a strong EQ, who values diversity of thought and fosters positive relationships with team members at all levels and across the organization
- You’re innately curious, enjoy researching and discovering the WHY behind people and cultural challenges and developing thoughtful recommendations
- You have proven analytical abilities: data analysis, forecasting and business modelling, you can identify meaning from the data and can tell a compelling story based on those insights
- You’re a master communicator, equally adept at facilitating focus groups and telling a compelling story through executive-level presentation materials
- You’re a natural problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and take a systematic approach and framework to tackle complex problems
- 5-7 years of work experience in developing strategic plans, securing executive support, and driving the execution of the recommended course of action
- Experience with cultural transformation and design thinking
- Change management certification would be an asset
