Our NPO Client is seeking a Director People & Culture to lead a small team to drive organizational change, develop best practices and policies for their high performance Team which includes Seasonal Employees and Volunteers. As the Director People & Culture, you will be responsible for workforce and strategic planning, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations and engagement programs, labour regulations, performance management, training/development, compensation reviews, benefit plans and policies/procedures improvements and controls.
Requirements
To be successful in this Director People & Culture role, you will ideally hold a CPHR designation along with Senior Level HR Management experience including working with a Board of Directors (preferably within an NPO environment). Candidates with HRIS implementation experience are highly desired.
