The Finance Team manages the performance and risk profile of Bell, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability.
Job Duties/Accountabilities

• Leverage statistic and data mining skills and use visualization tools to analyze results. Understand business initiatives and seasonal drivers in order to prepare value added analysis to identify EBITDA opportunities.
• Support the Strategic and Annual Plan exercises with the objective of providing the proper balance of depth and breadth
• Work with Business Partners to improve EBITDA trajectory.
• Initiate and implement process improvements in order to standardize and simplify
• Produce monthly Opex and HC results and value-add analysis
• Liase with the teams to forecast the financial performance across the portfolio with a detailed focus on the underlying business drivers.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required and represent finance in various Media projects.
• Lead the Bell Media NTS Forecasting and Planning process to influence business decisions.
• Lead and develop the annual rate cards for Bell Media Productions
• Lead a team of 3 high performing Managers
• Partner with the Bell Media teams to develop in-depth knowledge of customer and service related trajectories.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies

• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Results oriented & innovative - proven ability to provide strategic, analytical and critical insight. Keen ability to organize and synthesize large amounts of information to facilitate the decision-making process for the senior management team.
• Constantly striving to improve deliverables - demonstrate flexibility and ingenuity to deliver results within tight deadlines, often in a constantly changing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably with a professional designation.
• Ability to successfully diagnose business problems, resolve issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to engage and motivate the team and recognized as a valued business partner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Agile, responsive, curious, pro-active and resourceful.
• Knowledge of SAP & BPC
