NetraScale is recruiting an ambitious part-time finance operations manager to help execute the finance and accounting function for a new SaaS venture, and help drive the business through an exciting phase of development.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will work closely with the product, AI, marketing & customer success, legal and operations teams, manage day-to-day finance operations and be part of a collaborative and innovative environment.

You will have direct input into key decisions for NetraScale, in addition to more standard accounting and finance duties. A keen intellect, interest in emerging technologies, and a commercial outlook are therefore a must.

This is initially an equity only, 100% remote role requiring circa 6-8 hours per week.

Requirements

• Knowledge of funding options, working capital management and reporting.
• A willingness to get hands-on with balance sheet, commercial accounting and tax filing.
• HR admin and operations.
• The ability to identify and implement the right finance metrics for a SaaS based business.
• Experience of accounting for international structures.
• Budgeting & forecasting.
• Experience working in a tech startup environment.

Key Skills

• Project appraisal or profitability analysis
• Qualified accountant (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Familiarity with Online Payroll and HR software

Nice to haves

• Experienced in running finance functions in the tech, fintech, insurance, or digital start-up space.
• Experienced in investor relations and comfortable communicating with them on a regular basis.
• Partnered with multiple areas of a business (operations, product, technology, legal, marketing etc.) and passionate about making Finance approachable.
• Good understanding of digital-native (ideally SaaS) businesses and understands the key KPIs which drive high performance and enterprise value.
• An interest in next-generation technologies.
