Recruiter – Accounting & Finance

We are looking for a tech savvy new Accounting / Finance grad or experienced Recruiter with 1+ years’ experience to assist a team of tenured search partners as a dedicated recruiter. No sales required! Just a passion for locating and interviewing candidates, and identifying a fit with our existing clients.

As an uber-organized, self-starter, and a motivated professional who loves working on a few dynamic projects at the same time – no two days are the same!

Currently a WFH remote role, we are looking for someone articulate, an exceptional communicator, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with sheer finesse. You have likely never considered recruiting, don’t know much about the space, and are open to superior hands-on training from tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to understanding the exciting finance and accounting market across Canada!

Requirements

• A passion for working with and helping people
• Exceptional English communications skills
• A new university Accounting or Finance graduate or 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the desire to have some fun and be creative!
