About The Team
FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. a Day In The Life

• Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and forecasting accuracy across the global people costs.
• Lead the creation of a centralized open headcount budgeting process by building out the relevant process documentation and tools required.
• Support organizational planning & analysis as the FP&A stakeholder.
• Partner with FP&A team on a monthly basis to understand risk/opportunities to the people cost forecast.
• Work with P&C analytics team to build out requirements of an OTH reporting tool as the FP&A stakeholder.
• Act as a key strategic partner for People & Culture in financial analysis of pay practices.
• Support the annual budgeting cycle through creating tools to inform the headcount cost planning.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA is an asset.
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar.
• Hyperion, Oracle, Powerbi knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiples task in a time sensitive manner.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive finance, financial analysis or reporting experience with fast paced business environments.
• Strong financial background; exceptional analytical and modeling skills; expert knowledge of Excel is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality.
