Position:Scheduling Superstar Location: West Vancouver


Responsibilities:As our Scheduling Superstar, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our caregiving superheroes are scheduled efficiently while spreading smiles and cheer. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:


  • Champion of Collaboration:Collaborating with our caregiving team to ensure they have the support they need to provide exceptional care.
  • Cheerful Communication:Interacting with clients and their families, always sharing a warm and friendly demeanor. Interacting with caregivers with an understanding and considerate attitude.
  • Super Coordination:Managing daily schedules, accommodating client needs, and making adjustments with superhero-like agility.
  • Spreading the Fun:Injecting positivity and excitement into our office environment, making it a place where everyone loves to work.
  • Fun-Filled Flexibility:Embracing the dynamic nature of home care and finding creative solutions to ensure everyone's needs are met.
  • Creating the Puzzle:Crafting schedules that bring together the right caregivers with the right clients, like piecing together a perfect puzzle.


Requirements:To be part of our super squad, you'll need the following superpowers:


  • Problem-Solving Prodigy:A resourceful and proactive approach to tackle scheduling challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Communication Charm:Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our team, clients, and their families.
  • Empathetic Extraordinaire:The ability to understand the unique needs of our clients and caregivers and respond with empathy and compassion.
  • Tech Whiz:Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office tools to work your scheduling magic.
  • Scheduling Sorcery:Previous experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
  • Juggler of Priorities:Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and tasks with grace and precision.
