Student Services Coordinator (Surrey, Bc)

We (Discovery Community College) currently have some openings in our Surrey campus for individuals to join our growing team as Student Services Coordinators.

This role will follow and support our students from admission to graduation in a variety of ways, including being involved with the organization of student events at the campus and student outcomes.

The schedules available are below and these are on-site positions at our Surrey campus:

• Monday to Friday

8:00am to 5:00pm

• Tuesday to Saturday

Tues, Weds & Thurs 11:00am to 8:00pm

Fri & Sat 8:00am to 5:00pm

The applicant must:

• Be able to pay attention to details, establish priorities and manage multiple simultaneous projects/events for the college.
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially 0365, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly organized.
• Communicate regularly with team and adhere to schedules.
• Be detail oriented and very thorough in the collection and recording of information.
• Be a collaborative team player, yet able to work independently.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness when working under deadlines and frequent change to priorities.

Applicants should be collaborative and supportive with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Must have own transportation.
