Student Services Coordinator - Campbell River

We (Discovery Community College) currently have an opening in our Campbell River campus for an individual to join our growing team as a Student Services Coordinator.

This role will follow and support our students from admission to graduation in a variety of ways, including being involved with the organization of student events at the campus and student outcomes.

This will be a Tuesday to Saturday position – exact schedule to be confirmed.

The applicant must:

• Highly organized.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness when working under deadlines and frequent change to priorities.
• Communicate regularly with team and adhere to schedules.
• Be a collaborative team player, yet able to work independently.
• Be detail oriented and very thorough in the collection and recording of information.
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially 0365, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Be able to pay attention to details, establish priorities and manage multiple simultaneous projects/events for the college.
