The Regional Trainer is responsible for the onboarding and training delivery for all property management employees in the assigned region. The purpose is to provide employees with a consistent understanding of the company values, product and expectations. The Regional Trainer will also ensure all employees remain current in their software skills and are optimizing usage of the program. Your contributions to the team:

• Provide regular and consistent feedback to the trainee about their progress
• Provide weekly feedback about the trainee progress to Managers
• Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness/completion
• Set up the new employee with an I.D badge and uniform
• Provide Health and Safety Policy overviews as well as Safety Orientations for each new Operational employee
• Review Sites weekly Administrative Audits- assisting where needed and providing feedback/training on ways to reduce the errors listed
• Implement and ensure completion of all training courses scheduled and expected by Broadstreet Properties
• Complete Respirator FIT tests for each new employee
• Responsible for delivering training programs for employees that will maintain or improve their job skills using a variety of instructional techniques or formats; such as LMS courses, simulations, practical application, or role playing
• Complete daily quality control checks on trainee work to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Take responsibility for the thoroughness of any training, tours, demonstrations provided to a Trainee

What you need to be successful:

• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• High degree of professionalism/diplomacy required
• Minimum 3 years in an operations or management role
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with clients in a sensitive and tactful manner
• Background in staff training and change management
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment
