Regional Trainer Jobs

We're looking for an experienced Trainer to take on the responsibility of Regional Trainer in the British Columbia area. The role will onboard all new property management employees and ensure completion of training courses, activities and practical application. The ideal candidate is effective at providing consistent and meaningful feedback, and understands various instructional techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure completion of all training courses scheduled and expected by Broadstreet Properties
• Provide weekly feedback about the trainee progress to the Area Manager
• Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness/completion
• Assist Area Managers with follow up employee training where needed
• Responsible for delivering training programs for employees that will maintain or improve their job skills using a variety of instructional techniques or formats; such as LMS courses, simulations, practical application, or role playing
• Provide regular and consistent feedback to the trainee about their progress
• Complete daily quality control checks on trainee work to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Stay current on all policy and procedure changes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong background in Training & Development
• Minimum three years' experience in an operations or management role
• Ability to implement effective training programs and activities
• Must be willing and able to travel
• Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills required
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail required
