Who Are We Looking For?
Kelowna Community Health & Services Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Full-time Staffing Services Scheduling Clerk to join their team! When scheduled the hours of work are Monday to Friday, days - 08:00 to 16:00, 06:00 to 14:00.
What Will You Work On?
Some Typical Duties Will Include
In this role you will work in a customer-focused, team-oriented framework performing staffing, scheduling and payroll clerical functions in a fully automated system.

• Reception and clerical duties.
• Receives and processes on-staff, payroll removal notices and change notices;
• Data entry;
• Reviews and audits timekeeping records;
• Reviewing, calculating and editing on call and call back hours;
• Allocates and calls in relief staff to fill vacancies;
• Receives and processes requests for vacancy coverage to ensure staff compliment baselines are met;
