Regional Sales Manager Jobs

Hays has recently partnered with an international industrial manufacturing company who are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to lead their Smart Infrastructures Sales division based out Calgary, AB This company specializes in technology for industrial, healthcare, infrastructure and transport sectors and was voted as one of Canada's Top 100 employers in 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing both Sales and Quotation teams
• Achieving Regional sales targets and profitability goals
• Work closely with distributor partners, agents and Electrical Contractors
• Create and implement regional strategies and action plans to improve order intake for both long and short term
• Undertake monthly forecasting
• Liaise between customer and factory for escalations and travel within Western Canada for face to face customer interaction when required
• Develop long term employee strategy plan
• Identify market trends and competitor activities
• Analyze market product gaps using sales analytics

Qualifications:

• Experience in low and medium voltage distribution equipment. i.e. Switchboards, Switchgear, power panels and Busway products is required
• Results driven, collaborative with internal and external stakeholders, and have strong organization and communication skills
• Experience with quotation tools for distribution products
• 8+ years’ successful sales experience in the power distribution market, with at least 3+ years of management experience

The successful candidate will receive a base salary $140,000 - $150,000/ year (dependent on experience) + additional annual bonus, benefits package (health + dental), generous car allowance and RRSP.
