Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join the Project Development Support & Coordination Division of the LTC Business & Project Development Department. The division is responsible for overseeing and supporting all relevant engineering work to meet the Liquid to Chemicals (LTC) program objectives and ensure meeting project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. In addition, it will oversee the implementation of project governance and its alignment with all stakeholders to ensure complementing the In-Kingdom LTC program. The candidate will ensure implementation of work in accordance with the project scope, set plans, and handle contingencies that arise during execution.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong experience in Chemicals derivative process licensor selection and technology analysis, which is a critical deliverable for the division.
• Provide technical input to Linear Programming (LP) and economics modeling.
• Guide management in selecting the best configurations for LTC (Long-Term Contracts) project cases, considering the financial implications.
• Develop chemical process yields, qualities, and balances for process configurations in the refining and chemical units.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on the output of financial models.

Requirements:

• Apply knowledge of economic principles and optimization techniques in refining and chemicals operations.
• Demonstrate previous experience in Linear Programming (LP) and Economics Modeling.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on LP and economics modeling results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LP models into business strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in LP and economics modeling methodologies.
• Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Refining & Chemicals business.
• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• Utilize expertise in LP and Economics Modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze data and develop mathematical models to optimize production planning, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness.
