Linear Programs Engineer Jobs

Work with management to develop sales strategies and new business prospects

Engaging in direct OEM sales activities - prospect for new OEM customers, set appointments for sales efforts, respond to customer’s requirements

Effectively manage your customer base to meet or exceed sales targets

5 years of relevant industry experience with a focus on OEM customers/clients is required

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Guide management in selecting the best configurations for LTC (Long-Term Contracts) project cases, considering the financial implications.

Demonstrate strong experience in Chemicals derivative process licensor selection and technology analysis, which is a critical deliverable for the division.

Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Refining & Chemicals business.

Demonstrate previous experience in Linear Programming (LP) and Economics Modeling.

Apply knowledge of economic principles and optimization techniques in refining and chemicals operations.

Provide technical input to Linear Programming (LP) and economics modeling.

Expertise in LP modeling, with at least three years of experience in Aspen Technology's PIMS model.

A thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, and calculation methods.

Run the refinery LP models to optimize refinery systems operations.

Work with all concerned organizations to determine the optimum mode of operation for the facilities.

Define data and work process required to maintain and update LP models.

Maintain the hydrocarbon LP models by adding or deleting process units and updating yields and stream properties.
