Reception - Casual Jobs

We are currently looking for positive, reliable, and detail-oriented receptionists to help run a smooth office for our various clients. These casual/temporary positions will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions such as greeting staff and visitors, delivering exceptional client service, and providing a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Compile data, and create reports and documents as requested
• Order food and supplies for office lunches and client meetings when required
• Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide administrative support for various teams when necessary
• Connect incoming calls and respond to email queries
• Ensure overall office cleanliness, and coordinate with maintenance contractors
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and couriers
• Book and set up meeting rooms as required
• Handle printing and photocopying requests
• Manage office inventory such as stationery, and business cards

Qualifications

• Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Possess active listening skills with a positive, friendly attitude when greeting clients
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, self-motivated, and able to work well independently
• Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone
