Hollick-Kenyon Dental has been serving the Northwest of Edmonton proudly since 2013! Our team of professionals, led by Dr. Philip Grout, has aimed to provide quality dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment
We use digital radiology and computers along with intraoral cameras to make our diagnosis, and to explain exactly what we’re doing and why. We want our patients to be knowledgeable about every aspect of their dental health and we want to exceed your expectations and give you everything you’ve always dreamed of: a healthy smile, whiter, straighter teeth, and a new found confidence!

Schedule:
Monday-Tuesday 7:45am-4:15pm
Wednesday 6:45am-3:15pm
Thursday 10:45am to 7:15pm
Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
One Saturday a month in the Fall/Winter/Spring 7:45am to 3:15pm

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
About You:
  • Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
