As part of its continued growth, the Fengate Infrastructure team is seeking an entry level Project Coordinator, Infrastructure who will complete administrative tasks to support the team. The Project Coordinator, Infrastructure will report to the Vice President, Asset Management, and work closely with the Project Directors within the Value Creation and Asset Management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, schedule and take minutes during project board meetings
- Assist with team materials, taking meeting minutes, tracking action items
- Coordinate with Project Directors on environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting
- Manage the contract process through Affinitex including data entry and trouble shooting
- Coordinate with Project Directors to capture safety metrics for investors
- Collaborate with corporate for travel arrangements for the Asset Management group
- Support Project Directors with organizing security clearances, project paper work, receiving and sending quotes to clients and other day to day administrative tasks
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ experience in infrastructure/P3, construction and/or facility management
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering or a relevant field of study
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

LOCATION & TRAVEL
This position will be either remote within Canada or based out of our Toronto, Ontario or Oakville, Ontario offices. Fengate offers a Work-Flex policy where employees are allowed to work remotely up to 3 days per week.
