Project And Executive Management Assistant

WSP is currently looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant for our Montreal office. Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Building Structure Department, the incumbent will be responsible for the general administrative support of the office, including the linguistic and stylistic quality control of the documents produced (reports, service offers, etc.) as well as a documentation management component, assuming the following responsibilities.
