Job Description

Hi, we are Virtual Pros, a global outsourcing agency based in Los Angeles, California. We provide specialized virtual staffing solutions to fast-growing businesses. We are seeking to hire a Virtual Project Management Assistant on behalf of Mikey Lucas and his personal brand as well as his company American Energy Fund.


Mikey Lucas is a successful entrepreneur, speaker, and author who has made a name for himself as a leading expert on personal finance. With a background in door-to-door sales, Mikey has extensive experience in developing purposeful relationships and connecting with people. He has used this expertise to become a sought-after mentor helping others achieve financial freedom and break generational curses. In addition to his speaking and mentorship work, Mikey is also the host of a popular podcast called Road to the Golden Door where he shares his insights and experiences on money and success.


We are looking for a Virtual Project Management Assistant that will help oversee and manage various projects, ensuring their successful completion by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables. You will be responsible for making sure projects are executed efficiently, and goals are achieved within the specified constraints. This position requires strong proficiency in English. Our ideal candidate is a highly proactive professional with problem-solving skills and is a self-starter.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Assist and report to CEO
  • Conduct a thorough project evaluation, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and deadlines are established
  • Track project progress against established milestones, monitor key metrics and provide regular status reports
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or requirements, assess their impact, and communicate and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Assist with Influencer (Social Media) Management
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and encourage innovation to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements, conduct regular reviews, and implement quality control measures.



Job Requirements:


  • Proven project management experience, demonstrating successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has to have a great attitude, “whatever it takes” mindset, and is always proactive at work
  • Substantial experience working with CRM tools (Examples- ClickUp, Asana, Go High Level, SalesForce)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Project Management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience providing direct assistance to the CEO of a US or international company
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business administration, engineering, or computer science)
  • Ability to handle A LOT of constructive criticism feedback at a relatively fast pace, with the eagerness to thrive and really get there.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience working with G-Suite (Docs, sheets, slides, etc)
  • Think critically in order to foresee future administrative tasks and proactively complete those tasks before even being asked to do them
  • Strong Spanish and English speaking and writing skills (Proficient in both languages)


Schedule Breakdown:

  • Available to work 40 hours per week (somewhat flexible when those hours are worked)
  • Must be capable of working in U.S. time zones

Compensation/Benefits:


  • Starting monthly base salary at $2,400 USD and up to $4,000USD (based on past experience)
  • Ability to earn private health insurance and a monthly discretionary savings contribution

  • In addition, there’s a monthly performance-based bonus system
