Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee all online platforms, including our website and various rental platforms.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure accurate and appealing listing presentations.
Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
Leverage data analytics to optimize pricing and maximize occupancy.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure superior guest experiences.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in online management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms like Airbnb.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
