We are looking for a People Operations Generalist that will support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between! In this role, you will field people related inquiries supporting various key stakeholders such as employees, leaders, and the Talent Management People team. In addition to operational functions, you will be responsible for compiling data for regular formal reports and presentations.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Generate reports and pull together metrics & dashboards
  • Provide full employee lifecycle support including processing onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding in our HRIS
  • Analyze HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce, provide recommendations as per the findings from information collected
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating data within our HRIS and across other platforms, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. This includes updating our HRIS system with any changes to employee titles, compensation, reporting structures, terminations, etc.
  • Lead and contribute to projects as assigned by Director/Lead of People Operations
  • Support the People team with special projects, helping to drive a high-performance culture, supporting change management initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong customer service by responding to inquiries in our People ticketing system - which can include inquiries about immigration, relocation, employment letters, and benefits
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset to ensure our onboarding, off-boarding, and HR systems are being operated efficiently and consistently


Who we’re looking for:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources field as a Coordinator, Analyst, Generalist or similar type of position
  • Experience in using various HRIS would be considered an asset
  • Strong ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar software
  • Excellent communicator and customer service skills, with the ability to quickly develop positive working relationships across all teams and functions
  • Exceptional attention to detail, results-driven, and a can-do attitude
