We are a multi-disciplinary collaborative of architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and landscape architects who design for community wellbeing and urban vibrancy. We're currently looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic career-minded People & Culture Student to join the Edmonton studio for a four-month term who can thrive in a fast paced, people-and-performance-driven environment to provide support on DIALOG's Talent Acquisition and Recruiting activities.

The successful candidate will begin with the team in June 2023.

How you'll make a difference:

• You'll assist with administration duties relating to employee exits, transfers, and other updates, as well as responding to ad-hoc reporting requests
• You'll provide support and coordination on onboarding and offboarding activities firm-wide
• You'll have the opportunity to answer general employee questions and respond to requests for information.
• Collaborating with the Advisor, you will create Talent Acquisition training materials and resources that will be utilized internally at DIALOG
• You'll assist the People & Culture team on all recruitment activities including creating and managing job postings, pre-screening candidates, and drafting offer letters
• You'll leverage HR Technology software to produce metrics and dashboards that will identify opportunities and trends within talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement

Who you are:

• You are able to prioritize and manage workload to meet tight deadlines
• You are currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Human Resources degree or diploma, or equivalent program
• You have the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• You are organized with meticulous attention to detail
• You can confidently communicate in a personable and professional manner
