We are currently seeking a highly capable and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Senior Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates seeking flexible working hours while still contributing to the success of our logistics department and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.
+ Manage and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
+ Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
+ Support the team with various ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a senior role.
+ Strong knowledge of logistics principles, procedures, and best practices.
+ Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
