Outlets Manager Jobs

As Outlets Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

What will I be doing?

Our Outlets Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budget guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
• Working closely and in conjunction with the Director of F&B and assist with all aspects of the Food & Beverage Outlet operations
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food & Beverage Team
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Accountable for monthly stock takes
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Be environmentally aware
• Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
