• 5 over 7 working day pattern.
• On the job, as well as classroom-based learning, to teach the skills to excel in the role.
• High street hours (Typically 9 am - 6 pm).

• Able to deliver targets and KPIs.
• To make the customers feel at home and whilst selling is a large part of the business, you will ensure that great customer service is one of your top priorities.
• Leading by example and motivating others in your surroundings.
• Ability to bring fresh ideas and experience to the table.

• Possesses a positive attitude to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
• A background in a sales or service-driven environment.
• Motivated to achieve targets and goals, possesses a 'can-do' attitude, and an open mind to learn from the best in the business.
• Experience being a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
• Experience in supporting a team to deliver sales vs targets
• Confident, highly motivated and with a real passion for technology.
• Experience in working towards targets in a fast-paced role.
