Job Description

Sales Support

The Sales Support is directly responsible for assisting the General Sales Manager in supporting the Sales Team in achieving and surpassing their Sales Targets.

This position requires excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. Along with the ability to function in a fast-evolving work environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are a must.

Specific Responsibilities

·Complete organizational and management tasks to support a variety of projects, campaigns or events.

·Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.

·Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of the company’s services and products.

·Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

·Assist the sales team in pricing equipment, options, attachments, and other.

·Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

·Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records.

·Prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department.

·Ensure adherence to laws, regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education, experience, and skills required.

·Employer would prefer Post-Secondary Education in administration or related field, however there is no formal education or certification required for this position.

·Knowledge in the Heavy Equipment industry would be an asset.

·Advanced computer skills (MS Office).

·Well organized and self-motivated.

·Strong communication skills.

·Detail oriented.

·Strong interpersonal skills.

·Ability to prioritize own workload.

·High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

•Ability to work 40 + hours per week, availability evenings and weekends & to travel to other company locations.

• Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities.

• Bilingualism is an asset.

Sous la responsabilité du directeur général des ventes, le ou la candidat/e sera orienté vers le détail qui supportera l'équipe de vente à atteindre et à dépasser ses objectifs de vente.

Ce poste exige d'excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, d'administration et de résolution de problèmes. Il ou elle doit également être capable de fonctionner dans un environnement de travail qui évolue rapidement. De solides compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en service à la clientèle sont indispensables.

Responsabilités spécifiques

·Effectuer des tâches d'organisation et de gestion pour soutenir une variété de projets, de campagnes ou d'événements.

·Tenir des registres de vente organisés et faire rapport à l'équipe de direction sur l'établissement des objectifs de fin de mois.

·Assister aux réunions essentielles de formation en vente et développer une compréhension des services et produits de l'entreprise.

·Établir une communication et un engagement actifs avec les représentants des ventes pour s'assurer que les commandes sont traitées rapidement.

·Aider l'équipe de vente à établir le prix des équipements, des options, des accessoires et autres.

·Collaborer avec d'autres département afin de s'assurer que les ventes, le marketing, les demandes de renseignements et les livraisons sont traités efficacement.

·Développer et maintenir des systèmes de classement pour conserver les dossiers de vente

·Préparer des rapports et fournir des informations financières au département de Finance.

·Veiller au respect des lois, des règlements et des politiques.

Exigences

Formation, expérience et compétences requises

·L'employeur préférerait une formation postsecondaire en administration ou dans un domaine connexe, mais aucune formation ou certification officielle n'est requise pour ce poste.

·Une connaissance de l'industrie de l'équipement lourd serait un atout.

·Compétences avancées en informatique (MS Office).

·Bien organisé(e) et motivé(e).

·Solides compétences en communication.

·Souci du détail.

·Solides compétences interpersonnelles.

·Capacité à établir des priorités dans sa propre charge de travail.

·Grand sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps.

·Capacité à travailler plus de 40 heures par semaine, disponibilité les soirs et les week-ends, disponibilité de se rendre sur d'autres sites de l'entreprise.

·Capacité à travailler dans un environnement où les priorités changent.

·Le bilinguisme est un atout.
