Sales Manager - SPT Canada


Stockholm Precision Tools is a leading company in path measurement technology worldwide, and we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Canada division.


As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales tactics to meet established sales and rental targets. In addition, you will establish relationships with clients and distributors, identify new rental and sales opportunities, negotiate/close agreements and keep up to date with the knowledge of our tools and the sector.


What will your functions and responsibilities be?


  • Prepare and manage budgets for commercial activities on a national scale.
  • Monitoring competitor activities, market trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
  • Identify new rental and sale opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales tactics to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain pricing strategies and products.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Develop campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Participate in events, conferences and fairs.
  • Provide post-sales support.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers.


Job Requirements


  • Experience in budget management and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP.
  • Availability to travel and participate in events, conferences and fairs.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Having sales experience and key account management.
  • It's desirable to have knowledge of the Mining and/or Oil and Gas sector.
  • Ease of learning technical and technological concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
