About Us
SLG Capital is a fast paced, rapidly growing real estate investment company who specializes in residential investment properties throughout Southern Ontario since 2014. We focus on enhancing local neighbourhoods through the acquisition and renovation of distressed properties. At SLG Capital, we purchase properties directly from homeowners who are looking for an alternative route to selling their home. Once purchased, the SLG Capital team will either fix & flip the property, hold the property in our rental portfolio, or sell the property to other investors.
Opportunity
SLG Capital is looking to hire a Sales Manager who will actively contribute to the growth and success of the company by leading, supporting, and coaching the inside/outside sales team. The Sales Manager plays a key role in managing the sales team by utilizing their expertise to improve sales processes and strategies, provide one-on-one coaching, in addition to leading the team through daily and weekly sales meetings. The Sales Manager will be readily available to provide support to both the inside and outside sales teams when necessary to assist in managing leads, attending appointments, and closing deals.

Job Type: Full-time, Salary + Commission, Permanent
Schedule: Flexible, including nights and weekends. Hybrid work model available. Required to drive to customer homes throughout the GTA, when necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead daily huddle with sales team to manage company leads.
- Coordinate one-on-one sales coaching with each member of the sales team.
- Organize & implement new sales strategies and lessons for weekly sales meetings.
- Be readily available to support both the inside/outside sales teams, including but not limited to: attending appointments, qualifying inbound leads, and speaking with investors regarding current deals.
- Weekly scheduling for sales team.
- Reviewing sales calls on a regular basis.
- Tracking sales metrics for the company and individual team members
- Implementing new strategies to improve sales processes.
- Developing training material for new hires.
- Collaborating with HR during recruitment and interview processes for new sales roles.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma
- Direct sales experience - specifically with prospect follow-up and lead management.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own a vehicle and willing to drive throughout the GTA.
- Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team player.
- Fundamental real estate knowledge is an asset.
