Job Description
We are searching for a motivated and dynamic Fan Service and Ticket Sales Manager. You will have big shoes to fill as our current Fan Service and Ticket Sales manager who is loved by all our Season Ticket Members and Fans, wants to start transitioning to part-time. The benefit to you is that she will guide you as you step into the role.

  • You will lead a fan service team comprising a tremendously successful, talented and fan-centric group - WHO BRING IT EVERY DAY.
  • Winnipeg Football Club season ticket members and fans are the most passionate fans in North America.
  • Our fans come first, and we are committed to providing them with a level of service that few strive for or ever achieve.


We are focused on retaining and growing our season ticket member base and increasing game day and group ticket sales annually. You will work hands-on with our fans as you lead this talented fan service team.


What You'll Be Doing:


Develop and implement strategies to maximize ticket sales and season ticket member renewals.


Drive new season ticket member sales while maintaining strong relationships with existing fans.


Set and achieve ambitious sales and renewal targets, meeting or exceeding organizational goals.


Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential season ticket members, providing excellent customer service and support.


Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective promotional materials, campaigns, and events.


Regularly report on sales progress and achievements to senior management.


Represent the Winnipeg Football Club at promotional events, game days, and other relevant activities.


Requirements


Must-Haves:


2+ years in a professional sports environment with a relentless work ethic.


Ticketing experience (Ticketmaster Host or Archtics preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


The ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.


A flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as required.
