Compensation
A competitive and comprehensive compensation package is on offer, consisting of:
- All expenses paid, including phone and laptop
- Plus commission 2% of sales
- $60,000 annual salary
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager has arisen in the Orillia area with one of our industry-leading clients. As their new Sales Manager you will be responsible for optimizing their current customer base, as well as developing new business and expanding their established market share in this lucrative, ever-growing space.

Position Description
- Dealing with customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Building and promoting healthy, long –lasting customer relationships
- Preparing quotations
- You will ensure that all customer service levels and performance standards are met
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Providing technical advice and support to our customers, by understanding their requirements, providing technical assistance, and ensuring delivery of optimum solutions
- Following up of quotations to secure purchase orders
- Discuss, negotiate, and finalize proposals with customers; ensuring key deadlines are met
Experience
- Experience working with customers and their technical and complex products
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in a the steel industry
