Role Description
ICC Property Management is looking for an Assistant Condominium Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Condominium Manager and assist with the daily operations of the condominium property. Duties may include, but are not limited to, enforcing condominium rules and regulations, communicating with owners and tenants, scheduling maintenance and repairs, conducting site inspections, and overseeing contractors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of condominium management or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance an asset
- Completion of a College diploma or University degree would be considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Condominium Manager and other team members
- Understanding of condominium by-laws and legislation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
