Condominium Property Accounting Jobs

Minimum of 1 year of condominium management or related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management software

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Condominium Manager and other team members

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Knowledge of building systems and maintenance an asset

Minimum 5 years experience in condominium management industry

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Condominium Manager

University Degree or College Diploma (considered an asset)

Resident and Board of Director Relations

Experience in property management is an asset

3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance

Experience working with Yardi software is preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
