Manage file/key and dealer plates (logbook)

The concierge may be called upon to work various statutory holidays, evenings, or events hosted by MBCH.

Essential functions of the position:

Answer phones and be courteous and professional when greeting customers and staff.

Willingness to take directions from all levels of management

Basic mechanical and plumbing skills including knowledge of the corresponding tools in these trades

Use of CMMS system software for work order management (PC & Mobile based)

Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally

A solid commitment to the guest experience

At a minimum, 2 years of hands- on experience with all aspects of facility/ building maintenance

What You Need To Know

Minimum 3-5 years of condominium management experience.

Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, including financials, staff management, board relations, and maintenance.

Must be extraordinary in prioritization and time management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Analyze financial data to ensure profitability and manage budgets effectively.

Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians to help upskill the team

High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or work experience in a related technology space (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.)

Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification preferred

Experience working in a team-based environment and achieving common goals

Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications like Excel and Word.
