Position Title: Condominium Manager

Reporting To: Role reports to the owners of BP

Our company is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of condominiums. In this role, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and run your portfolio like your own business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, developing innovative solutions, and taking ownership of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Complete board packages and agenda.
- Lead the development and execution of capital projects.
- Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, including financials, staff management, board relations, and maintenance.
- Responsible for board meetings and following up all board actions from the meeting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Analyze financial data to ensure profitability and manage budgets effectively.
- Responsible for preparing budgets.
- Responsible for following up all board actions from the meeting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners, board members, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge/use of Microsoft Office.
- You have a Condominium Manager license from RECA.
- Must be extraordinary in prioritization and time management.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
- You are flexible in the hours you work to meet client needs and expectations.
- You have strong business acumen and understanding of small business and entrepreneurship.
- The successful applicant must be able to provide a clear, valid Police Information Check and their own transportation with proof of valid Drivers’ license.
- Minimum 3-5 years of condominium management experience.
- You have an excellent understanding of what can affect the success or failure of a start-up.
