Summary of Job
As the Sales Front End Concierge at the Mercedes-Benz Country Hills, you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions of guests and visitors. It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests and help them with directions or needs they may require. The Concierge will always maintain a positive attitude and do their part to maintain a healthy team atmosphere.
Essential functions of the position:
1. Customers
Answer phones and be courteous and professional when greeting customers and staff.
Look after visitors by offering drinks and snacks.
Dispatch sales phone to sales consultants
Handle overflow calls from service and take messages if necessary.
Tracking leads
CRM communication to clients – texts/emails on behalf of the Sales Managers
The following provides support to the front end of the dealership:
2. Inventory
Stock in new and pre-owned vehicles (update One-Eighty)
Verification of pricing for our online inventory – reporting weekly to GSM
Manage pre-inventory in One-Eighty.
Create vehicle files – invoice, PDI records, key tags, and window stickers.
Facilitate incoming and outgoing dealer trades.
3. Administrative
Orientation Plans in HR4
Organizing boardroom bookings, refreshments, time allotments etc.
Assist Managing Partner with booking flights, hotels, and credit card receipts.
GEMS Administrator, which includes creating and terminating users, updating passwords
Global Training Learning System:assigning courses (both e-training and instructor-led) to all staff – report to the General Sales manager quarterly about the process.
Handle courier services for incoming/outgoing packages.
Order business cards and name tags
Ensure adequate supplies (file folders, paper for the printer, etc.)
Keep files for vehicles organized and in sequence.
Create demo/sale tags for vehicles in the showroom.
Manage file/key and dealer plates (logbook)
Assist in managing phone lists.
Track and report weekly STARS updates.
4. Other related activity
From time-to-time Concierge will be required to perform other related duties. This may include but is not limited to:
Dealing with customer issues/complaints
Handling confidential information according to MBCH policy
Assist with various forms and paperwork on behalf of customers and dealerships.
Adhere to all policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
Refrain from using social media during work hours.
Be at work a minimum of 5 minutes before the shift begins.
Adhere to Health and Safety policy
Expected to wear business-appropriate clothing for the workplace.
To ensure required tasks are completed as requested promptly and accurately.
Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant supervision.
Schedule
- The concierge may be called upon to work various statutory holidays, evenings, or events hosted by MBCH.
- Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, with one day off during the week. Looking for additional role in a Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm time.
